Overview
VeroniArt, with registered office in Livorno (Li), Via Mejer nr 2B, PIVA 01462820471. A professional artist who creates oil paintings on canvas and other materials.
Agostino Veroni guarantees that the amounts that the customer will have to pay for the goods and/or products ordered through the e-commerce site will correspond exactly to the total amounts that will appear in the order summary before the final confirmation.
No additional or hidden costs, except for those relating to shipping, will be charged on the purchased goods. The company is committed to shipping intact and quality-controlled merchandise with high and consolidated quality standards. In the event of a defect in the received merchandise, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal provided by law, within and no later than 7 working days from the date of delivery.
Customer Obligations
During the order completion phase, the customer must declare that they have read and accepted in full the present sales conditions. It will also be their responsibility to print and keep a copy of the conditions. The customer is required to provide their residential address (which will be considered as the default shipping address), any VAT number (if it is a company and wants to receive an invoice), one or more telephone numbers, and the email address to which to send the Order Confirmation.
The customer must also specify in the notes any shipping address different from the residential one and any communications to the courier. The customer declares that they have not entered false or fantasy data in the order form and therefore declares that the data entered corresponds to their real personal data. The Company reserves the right to pursue any violation or abuse in the appropriate places.
The customer declares that they are over 18 years of age. If it is discovered that the registration and data provided at the time of the order relate to a minor, the customer will be immediately notified and consequently deleted from our e-commerce site.

lf you live and ship the Extra EU
painting, you can take advantage of a VAT refund on purchases when exporting goods outside ltaly, you must have a domicile or residence outside the European Union.
The works have the exposed VAT of 22% included in the price, this VAT will be spun off! Obviously you will pay the VAT to your destination country, if due.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible tor any customs and import taxes that may apply. l’m not responsible tor delays due to customs.
Validity of these Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified by the Company’s representatives at any time and without obligation to give notice. However, for each purchase made, the prevailing conditions listed in this document will be legally binding. The customer can consult these conditions at any time and before the final confirmation of the order.
Jurisdiction
Finally, Agostino Veroni undertakes to observe all other regulations of the Italian State, expressly not mentioned here, on the conditions of distance selling that regulate online commerce. For any disputes that may arise regarding this contract, the competent jurisdiction will be that of the Company.
